Care we'll offer

Support for every stage, at home

From an hour or two a week to round-the-clock care, everything is planned around the person, their home and their routine.

  • Home care visits

Regular visits, from a morning check-in to several calls a day, planned around your routine.

  • Personal care

Discreet, respectful help with washing, dressing, continence and getting ready for the day.

  • Companionship

Conversation, outings, hobbies and a friendly familiar face, so no one feels on their own.

  • Dementia care

Patient, consistent support that keeps routines familiar and home feeling like home.

  • Live-in and overnight care

A carer on hand through the night, or living in, for round-the-clock reassurance.

  • Respite care

Short-term cover so family carers can rest, recharge or take a well-earned break.

  • Hospital to home

Support in the first days and weeks after a hospital stay, to help recovery at home.

  • Help around the home

Meals, light housework, shopping, laundry and medication prompts, all taken care of.

Not sure what you need? That's completely normal. Tell us a little about the situation and we'll help you work out the right support.

Our approach

The kind of care we're building

We're starting Meridian Homecare because good care at home should feel personal, unhurried and dependable. These are the promises we're building it on.

"Care that fits around a life, not a life that has to fit around care."

The idea behind Meridian Homecare
  • Time to care, not tick boxes

Visits planned with enough time to do things properly, and to have a proper chat while we're at it.

  • Familiar faces

A small, consistent team of carers for each person, so trust can grow and routines stay settled.

  • Plans built around a person

Routines, preferences, food, faith and the little things that matter, all written into the care plan.

  • Families kept in the loop

Clear updates and one point of contact, so you always know how things are going.

How it works

Four simple steps to care at home

  1. Tell us where you're atToday

Fill in the short enquiry form. It takes about two minutes and there's no obligation.

  2. We call you

A friendly, no-pressure chat about the support you're looking for and any questions you have.

  3. Free home assessment

We visit to understand needs, routines and preferences, then agree a written care plan and quote with you.

  4. Care begins

We introduce your carer, review the plan regularly and adjust it as needs change.

Questions

Good to know

When will Meridian Homecare open?

We're preparing to open and are taking early enquiries now. Join the launch list and we'll email you the moment we open. If you send an enquiry, we'll also contact you directly.

Which areas will you cover?

We're confirming our first service area now. Tell us the postcode where care is needed and we'll let you know whether we can help. If we can't, we'll do our best to point you to someone who can.

How much will care cost?

It depends on how much support is needed and when. After a free assessment you'll get a clear, written quote before anything is agreed, with no hidden fees.

Is there any obligation if I enquire?

None at all. An enquiry simply lets us understand your situation and call you back. You're free to decide whatever is right for you and your family.

Can I enquire on behalf of someone else?

Yes. You can enquire for a parent, partner, relative or friend, and professionals can refer someone they support. We'll always involve the person receiving care in decisions about their support.

Will you be registered with the CQC?

Personal care at home is regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) in England. We will only provide regulated care once our registration is in place, and we'll publish our registration details on this site.

Can you help with funding questions?

Yes. We can explain the differences between paying privately, council-funded care, direct payments and NHS Continuing Healthcare, and point you to the right people for an assessment.

What happens to my details?

We only use them to respond to your enquiry, or to send launch news if you asked for it. We never sell or share them for marketing. Read our privacy notice for the details.
